Your Waxwing Shadow piece will be individually packaged in a decorative bag or box with a jewelry card, suitable for gifting. Items usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.
Q: How do I care for my one-of-a-kind piece?
We want you to enjoy your Waxwing Shadow pieces for a lifetime! Therefore, it's important that you care for them properly. Each of our pieces is sealed to hold up to routine moisture exposure (such as being caught in a light rain) and quality-tested to ensure it will withstand the rigors of typical everyday wear. Please remove your jewelry if you're going to be swimming, bathing, or engaging in strenuous physical activity. Store your pieces properly, away from harsh temperature shifts, direct sunlight, moisture, or pressure. To avoid breakage, don't drop these pieces from a great height or place heavy objects on them. Avoid exposure to lotions, perfumes, harsh cleansers or chemicals, including sunscreen. Don't smash them with hammers or throw them into a fire.

Q: Will you do returns or repairs?
We take pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with your pieces! If you are dissatisfied, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit (minus shipping charges) within 1 week of receipt. Customer will cover shipping costs. Items must be new and returned in the original packaging. If an item requires repair, there may be a charge due to the highly individual nature of each piece.
